Cancellation
A booking may be cancelled free of charge within the short grace window shown on the booking screen immediately after payment. After that window the configured cancellation policy applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Gateway timelines usually place the credit within 5–7 working days.
Modifications
Date and time changes are charged per the modification policy shown before you confirm the change. See the Terms & Conditions.
