These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Jai Jawan Support Services. By registering, booking a service or working on the platform as a veteran, you accept the terms below.
1. The service
Jai Jawan Support Services connects patients visiting military and Command hospitals with verified ex-servicemen who act as hospital guides, navigators and bedside companions. We provide logistical and companionship support only — we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts may be suspended where information is found to be false or where platform rules are breached.
3. Bookings and payments
All amounts are calculated by our servers at the time of booking, inclusive of any applicable taxes and discounts shown on the booking summary. A request becomes available to veterans only after the payment is verified.
4. Modification and cancellation
Date and time changes follow the modification policy in force at the time of your request. Charges and refunds are computed per that policy. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Conduct
Patients, families and veterans are expected to behave with mutual respect. Abuse, harassment or any attempt to take services off-platform may end your access.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
